These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FoundrFuse ("Platform") operated by FoundrFuse Private Limited. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
3. Permitted Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
4. Community Standards: Zero Tolerance
FoundrFuse has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post or send content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable, whether in messages, comments, reels, profiles or anywhere else on the Platform.
Offensive language is filtered automatically. You can report any content or user from within the app and block any user at any time. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these standards, and suspend or permanently remove the accounts of users who post it.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, designs, and software are the exclusive property of FoundrFuse Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Any paid services are subject to our Subscription Policy. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, and are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundrFuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
