At FoundrFuse, we strive to deliver premium services to both founders and investors. Once a subscription or service has been purchased, we follow a strict no-refund policy, as access to exclusive features and resources is granted immediately upon successful payment.
In the unlikely event of a duplicate payment or an error leading to an extra charge, the transaction will be carefully verified by our accounts team. Once confirmed, the excess amount will be eligible for a refund.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the policies of your bank or payment provider.
